Terms & Conditions
Due to the many, many hours of preparation & outlay for these workshops we cannot give a refund if you cannot attend.
Alternatively, we are happy to transfer the payment over to a different class, course or workshop at a later date in the year.
Or you may give it to someone else.
Anyone partaking in any classes or coming to any events at THE GRAPHIC QUILL or organised by
THE GRAPHIC QUILL must agree to these terms. If you wish to have restrict publishing rights to Photo & Video,

1.) LIABILITY WAIVER
• Any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property property brought into THE GRAPHIC QUILL premises.
• Any physical injuries sustained as a result of participating in any class or event organised by THE GRAPHIC QUILL
I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property,
which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Work-Shop.
2.) PHOTO & VIDEO
I agree to give THE GRAPHIC QUILL unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at
THE GRAPHIC QUILL classes and events or on THE GRAPHIC QUILL premises.
3.) REFUNDS
THE GRAPHIC QUILL does not give a refund. The booking may be transferred to another class session.
4.) CANCELLATIONS
We’ll do our best to run all scheduled classes, however ….. sometimes stuff happens!
Classes must have a minimum requirement of participants before we will run them.
In the event that a class is cancelled, students will be notified via email and entitled to a full refund or credit.
